BiotechUTD

The Biotech Club aims to bridge the gap between biology, healthcare, and technology by exploring cutting-edge innovations in fields like ML/AI, VR/AR, genomics, computational biology, brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), etc. We provide students with hands-on experience by partnering with biomedical and bioinformatics startups, offering them the opportunity to work on real-world projects and tasks. These ‘mini-internships’ allow students to develop technical skills, build industry connections, and contribute to meaningful advancements, while startups benefit from fresh ideas and collaborative problem-solving. BiotechUTD is also expanding to NeurotechUTD, opening up both industry and project opportunities for students interested in neurotechnology!
