Bloom2Bite is a nonprofit focused on food education that doesn’t talk down to kids. Starting in school gardens and ending with kids who know how to feed themselves, we teach students how food grows, how to cook it, and why access to good nutrition matters. At the same time, Bloom2Bite creates meaningful opportunities for UTD students to give back, build leadership skills, and grow alongside the communities they serve.
