Chi Alpha Iota Diaternity

XAI is a gender-neutral Greek organization.

The mission of Chi Alpha Iota Diaternity shall include the following: Community:

• Create positive, lifelong friendships in the structure of a Siblinghood.
• Promote activities devoted to public service. Advocacy:
• Encourage and lead in advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community and intersectional activism.
• Educate the UT Dallas community about the LGBTQ+ liberation movement and issues affecting the community. Inclusivity:
• Foster a supportive, all-inclusive environment.
• Provide a space for Siblings to experience personal growth and identity development.
• Educate the Siblinghood on how to keep the Diaternity accessible.
