Cornerstone Project

The Cornerstone Project is a non-partisan, non-profit organization. Our mission is to register Texas post-secondary students to vote, educate them about the basics of how, where, and when to vote, and build a new generation of civic leaders on campuses across Texas.

At Cornerstone, we believe that cultivating youth civic engagement lays the foundation for healthy democratic involvement and governance. We envision a Texas where policy is shaped by the voices and votes of the next generation and a raft of new young leaders drive year-round organizing work that compels their peers to action. We believe in the power and potential of young Texans, and our efforts are anchored in ambition and hope.
