Female Leaders of America in Science and Health

Female Leaders of America in Science and Health (FLASH) is a service and educational organization that will serve as a platform for students that are interested in the science fields. It will foster well-rounded students by informing, encouraging, supporting and educating them throughout their undergraduate years. The organization will guide students through graduate and professional school admission test prep, the application process, tutoring, First Aid, CPR and Stop the Bleed Certifications, volunteering and shadowing opportunities, and more. The organization will also inspire all genders to combat the many challenges women face around the world, such as inadequate resources for menstrual hygiene, improper access to education, inequality in the workforce, etc., to work towards a world where gender doesn't restrict anyone's growth. The organization’s mission is to create a generation of health professionals that are empowered to serve the world beyond their healthcare professions.
