Heartstrings at UT Dallas

Heartstrings is a service organization at UT Dallas that combines music with clinical service & fundraising initiatives through public performances 🤍🎻 Our members perform weekly at hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other patient-centered spaces and will receive written hours for volunteering with us. We have regular concerts in which we fundraise & raise awareness for important community health-related issues, invite guest speakers/professors, and create comfortable spaces for individuals. We also host regular fundraisers. We welcome string players, brass/woodwind/percussionists, pianists, and all other musicians of all skill levels! It's an amazing opportunity for all students, especially pre-health/pre-med students looking for meaningful volunteering! We're a family at Heartstrings looking to spread the joy of music 🤍
