Mission/Purpose: Advocating for those who suffer from any form of mental illness and to alleviate its harms, specifically as it relates to the South Asian community, encouraging healthy, open dialogue of mental health issues, and improving awareness and promote self-care, as it relates to mental health.

MannMukti is a South Asian mental health organization that focuses on reducing stigma behind mental health in the South Asian community.
