MannMukti functions to educate and spread more awareness about mental health, especially in the South Asian communities. As part of our organization's mission, we encourage healthy, open dialogue of South Asian mental health issues in an effort to remove stigma, improve awareness and promote self-care. We promote mental health and provide valuable resources to help everyone facilitate their mental well-being!
