• To raise awareness and funds for those in poverty, catastrophe, and natural disasters in the community and globally. • To satisfy the UMR purpose of implementing relief and development programs that improve lives. • To offer the UTD student body a chance to give back through their time, community service, and have an impact on poverty in the community and globally. • To promote an environment of compassion and spiritual growth among members. • To encourage collaboration with other organizations on campus with similar goals.
