Leukemia and Lymphoma: Light the Night Dallas Walk - NORTH CITIES

To sign up:Students must fill out the google form as well as the event registration link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1CpE2r6M5IOvo2NjgPh0zR4uksr2Evk5eT4_EJ6zMHdI/editThe CERVIS TECH link will ask for Registration note, put : UT-Dallas: Pre-Dental Association in the following slot. https://www.cervistech.com/acts/console.php?console_id=0163&console_type=event&ht=1Location:Dr. Pepper Ballpark 7300 Roughriders TrailFrisco, TX 75034DATE: There are multiple dates written for this event, PDA will be attending: Sunday, OCTOBER 28, 2018 Description of event: Volunteers will be doing a number of activities based on what they have signed up for: I.E: Event set-up and lantern assembly. Walk Shift: Assisting registration, t-shirt, lantern, and survivor stations. Helping out with walk route support, VIP tent support, and traffic control. Clean-Up Shift: volunteers will assist with event tear-down, disassembling tables, chairs, tents, and event space!Carpooling:Based on the different shifts offered, be please prepared to provide personal transportation. Please indicate in the  google registration link whether you need a ride, would like to drive other student volunteers, or would like to meet us at the location. If you are willing to drive others, you will receive 1 extra service hour due to the distance you will be driving. If no student offers to drive, there will be no carpooling. Cancellation Policy:Once you have registered, you CANNOT cancel this event. Please make sure that you can commit the entire time before signing up.Please take a picture of yourself at the event as proof of attending. Volunteers please be on time as you are a representation of UTD PDA.
