Message from SOC:
We will be hosting our Spring Organization Fair, Tuesday, February 3rd from 1:00pm-3:00pm in the Visitor Center Atrium. Check-in for this event will be 11:30am. Capped at 130
All representatives must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Only two (2) representatives per organization/department are allowed at the organization fair at any time.
- All materials should be neatly displayed on your table.
- For safety reasons, display boards and other equipment should not be placed on the floor.
- Each organization must stay for the duration of the organization fair.
- Nothing is to be sold at your booth during the fair. This event is NOT a fundraiser.
- We encourage your organization members at the fair tables to wear organization apparel or other UTD spirit wear.
